A difficult project completed with all problems overcome. Initial design plans from an external architectural agency saw a list of design issues overcome through TDM Constructions ability
to solve such issues. The complete project was completed on time and within budget,
with all units being sold prior to completion.
Project challenges included the 27 units being
on different RL levels and the 2 story basement featuring curved concrete soffits.
